Change of circumstances
It is important that you advise us of any change in your circumstances that is relevant to your Housing Application. A few examples include
- A change of address
- People moving in or out of your home
- A request asking you to leave
- Pregnancy
We do not need to know about every change in your life just those that are relevant to your housing.
You can advise us of any change through your Homefinder Account. Log in to your Housing Application Form and update the relevant sections. You can also add documents, such as proof of pregnancy, to eivdence the change.
Once we have received details of your change of circumstances we will reassess your Housing Application and notify you. It may be that the change affects your eligibility to join the Housing Register, your band or the properties you can bid for.
If you fail to notify us of a change you risk losing any property that you have been offered.
