System Upgrade & New Passwords
The Homefinder system will not be available on 17th February 2026 to allow it to be upgraded. You will not be able to log in or access any part of the system on this day.
Any bids placed on 16th February 2026 will not be affected, and there will be a new advert as normal on 18th February 2026.
The first time you log in after 16th February 2026, you will be asked to make a password. Going forward, you will need your Homefinder reference number, your memorable date and your new password to access your Homefinder account.
Homefinder is a lettings service that has been developed by Ashfield District Council and Mansfield District Council in partnership with local Registered Providers.
The scheme gives you choice and control over where you live by allowing you to search and bid for council and housing association properties within the Ashfield and Mansfield districts.
