Ashfield DC will soon complete the affordabkle housing development scheme at Hardwick Lane, Sutton in Ashfield. 40 new homes are being build, 28 of which are 2 and 3 bedroom family homes. The homes are likely to be advertised in late April 2026. The 2 and 3 bedroom houses will be let in accordance with a Local Lettings Policy

Following consultation, the one proposed change is to increase the income levels for joining the Housing Register, to £43,000 for families and £28,000 for single and couples

The Homefinder Lettings Policy is changing.
A new draft Policy has been developed using feedback from applicants, residents and partner agencies.
We are now seeking your views on the proposed new Policy. To help you understand the changes, there is a document summarising the changes and also a quick guide to what is being proposed.
