Ashfield and Mansfield District Council's will not be advertising vacant properties whilst the current restrictions are in place. It is also unlikely that any other housing provider will be advertising during this period.
New housing applications can be submitted and will be assessed as will any changes to existing housing applications.

Over the course of the next few months Homefinder services in Ashfield and Mansfield are likely to be affected by the Covid-19 virus.
Officers will do their best to ensure new Housing Applications are assessed and that enquiries are responded to as quickly as possible. We will also continue to advertise vacant properties.
Council offices are now closed but you can still contact Homefinder by logging in to your Homefinder account and sending a message or through the Contact Us option.
A minor change has been made to the Homefinder Lettings Policy to take account of the requirements of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. The Policy now makes it clear that applicants to whom a full homelessness duty has been accepted will considered for housing need band 1. For further information please contact us
